What is a Prime Brokerage agreement form?

The Prime Brokerage Form allows us to trade bonds in your account. With Prime Broker transactions, we can place trades at other brokerage firms for accounts at Schwab or Fidelity, and then settle the trades at Schwab or Fidelity. This gives us more options to trade so we can get the best trade execution.
