Can I just send you the signature page of the form back? Why do I have to return the whole form?

We understand it can be inconvenient to print and mail or scan and email an entire form back to us, but please be sure to return all pages of the form you’re signing. Custodians require all of the pages to ensure that clients knew what they were signing, so uniformity of the pages is key. If the signature page does not appear to match the other pages of the form (due to different printers or scanners used), a custodian may decline to process it and require a fresh signature.
